We directed the brand movie for “Zaku,” a Japanese sake brand from “Shimizu Seizaburo Shoten”, a brewery with over 150 years of history.
The name “Zaku” – from the character 作 meaning “make” or “create” – was chosen to convey the notion that the true value of sake is to be created together with the customer, not merely by the brewery. The film captures the potential for unexpected pairings between “Zaku” and various ingredients.
