The “Ladder Project” is an artist development initiative launched by the Daimaru Matsuzakaya Department. It supports the creation and career progression of the next generation of artists.
IN FOCUS was in charge of logo design, website production, and copywriting.
The meaning of “ladder” is expressed on the website as taking the artist to a higher level.
