Project

IN FOCUS was in charge of creating a brand logo for “FUNNY GROCERY,” which was launched as an in-brand of “niko and …,” a style editorial brand developed by ADASTRIA. FUNNY GROCERY is a grocery brand that offers an exciting lineup of food products carefully selected from all over Japan and overseas and filled with the creator’s passion and stories. To convey this appeal through the logo, we set the concept of “everyday life and humor” and expressed it by crossing universal typefaces with humorous ones. The design resembles a vintage American grocery store sign.
